Progress pics: not posed, not sexy, not a big deal, important. 1.5-2 weeks of not training/half aresing training due to sickness and having a shift in priorities this is where I’m at, down 2kg but back on track. Big ol shoulders coming and hell of a lot of thinking to be done through the back (and maybe even some muscle in there too). Stay tooned for plenty of poses selfies to come I’m sure, because genuinely progress takes too long and insta ain’t bout dat lyf.

Feel stressed? How’s your sleep? Do you even relax bro? Your priorities are wrong. If you have limited money/time/effort supplements, put invest in your #recovery Training hard and performing day in and day out is easy when you feel good. Here’s a few of my favs in constant rotation: – Magnesium, fixes everything. Fact. I personally take @bioceuticals Muscleze and GABAmag from @trilogy_nutrition – Melatonin; darkness signaler in the body, also helps to reset/force adaptations in body clock. Has been shown to have some links to depression in people who are deficient in it. – Inositol: a carb which functions as a powerful adaptogen, meaning it’s very effective and returning the body to baseline. Whether that mean turning down arousal or helping bump up energy! Also, some studies have shown Inositol to be as good, or better than both placebos and even #SSRI anti-depressants! Bonus points: as always, pro and pre biotics, because #guthealth is everything. And you need that to be better pls. Try downloading flux on you laptop, or turning on the night mode on your phone before bed. It’s not as good as no electronic devices, but everything helps! Remember, sleep is everything y’all! Also Phenibut, but I haven’t tried it! If anyone has I’d love to hear your experiences, or whatever has worked for you?

Why we need you.

Join the movement of ambitious entrepreneurs attempting to troubleshoot the life of your dreams.

We need more people like you.

Our world today sells us on the idea of a “dream lifestyle”, for some of us that paints a picture of Bungee Jumping in New Zealand, or volunteering in Colombia. Swimming with whale sharks, or for some, even sitting on a laptop while we build our empire… in a cafe in New York.

This image of “living a life of freedom” is constantly forced down our throats, it seems almost impossible to get away from.

It’s has never been more realistic.

We are alive in a great, and quickly evolving world of technology and information. Becoming a blogger, freelance writing, “photographer, or model” (whatever that means these days) has rapidly become a very legitimate job/career path.

Imagine if you had put your hand up at 6 years old and said; “when I grow up I’m going to be a producer/photographer/graphic artist. Maybe a few other things, I think I’ll eventually start a community of people based around a hashtag” (insta: @takubeats). Or “I’m thinking I’ll hit the gym a whole bunch, take some photos and make a heap of money from sponsors” (insta: @paigehathaway). The dude sitting next to her might have even looked over and said something like “Yeah, you know, I’ll probably make a product and pay her a bunch of money to take photos of her holding it” (Arvin Lal, twitter: @ArvinsWorld). Im assuming they then hi-fived or bumped fists and then moved on to nap time.

Here’s the one that pisses me off the most!

“I think I’ll do some modelling, get myself a smoking hot missus (insta: @alexisren), do some stuff, most of it will be pretty boss, might do some normal stuff in there. I reckon I’ll film it and chuck it together with some dope backing music and throw the footage together with some sweet transitions (still waiting on the ‘starwipe’). By the time I get a few million hits on them I should be about set” (

Now while these people may or may not (can confirm: did not) have said these things, that’s a rough shapshot of what has happened. They have all managed to develop a huge network of followers, ‘likes’ and in doing so have built themselves a massive audience.

If there is one thing that will forever be true it is this; YOUR NETWORK WILL DETERMINE YOUR NET WORTH.

So these guys all have a few things in common; a large audience base, and (the appearance of) time and money.
