Progress pics: not posed, not sexy, not a big deal, important. 1.5-2 weeks of not training/half aresing training due to sickness and having a shift in priorities this is where I’m at, down 2kg but back on track. Big ol shoulders coming and hell of a lot of thinking to be done through the back (and maybe even some muscle in there too).
